The Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate is designed for 9mm SIG Sauer P320 handguns and adds 5-rounds to their capacity. In addition to extra firepower, this mag extension makes reloading faster and easier by giving you more to grip on to and even helps mags drop freely due to the extra weight. Included with the SIG Sauer P320 EMP is a steel locking plate and extended follower spring to ensure reliability. It is molded from impact resistant polymer for serious durability. If you are looking to increase your round count for competition or just to decrease your time spent reloading, the Strike Industries EMP mag extension is top of the line.

Works good, however.

I bought 2 of these for Glocks and this one for my sig p320. What I have found with all of them is they have a set screw threading that is molded into the polymer. When you get to a point in installing the other set screw as you torque down, it can either start splitting the polymer or it can pull out the threading out of the polymer. So you say to yourself, "oh that's easy don't over torque it." Well not so easy, as you screw in you don't meet any extra resistance and it is very difficult to see if the screw has bottomed out as you can keep screwing it down. Therefore splitting the polymer or pulling out the threading. I was able to notice this on my first mag I installed this on and then it started to do it on the second one but I was able to catch it. By the third one I had it down, but be careful, you could easily destroy the extended mag attachment point.

Good product

Fits just right. And have already used at the range. Mags have been dropped on hard dirt/gravel/grass and concrete and plates are holding up. I recently added a mag flare to the pistol and I have to shave 1/16 off of the front of the plate to allow for seating. This was done with a hand file and only took a minute. I would purchase again if needed. I recommend.

Quality control issue

Of 3 of these I ordered, One cannot be used. One of the locking tabs was not drilled in the correct spot and will not assemble as designed, Strike industries needs better QC.

Great product

I do like aluminum base plates however for training, these polymer base plates are perfect for the abuse. They don’t show dents and dings from daily training.

Flux Raider

Excellent product as far as I can tell so far. It’s just worth noting the fit in a flux raider is a tad tight. I haven’t been able to tell if it feeds well, but you really have to make sure you smash it in when loading.
