Have yet to get out and shoot. But seems to be a great product and properly staked gas key.
Nice BCG
by Don
I am building a rifle for my son and wanted to use a NiBor BCG because they feel smoother and are easier to clean. I have not completed the rifle yet, but this BCG looks very nice. I am sure that it will perform as well as it looks.
Awesome BCG
by Jason Quinones
I bought this to replace another NIBX BCG that was not working properly. This one works great I've put roughly 500 rounds through it and not a single gas key leak issue like I had with the previous manufacturer. Want a nickel boron BCG this is the one you want.
Slightly prefer Fail Zero to WMD...
by Nells
I have both WMD & Fail Zero BCGs, and both are very good quality. The Fail Zero bolt was a bit tight in the barrel extension at first, but after 250 rounds, it has loosened up and now slips like silk into battery. The WMD also functions flawlessly, and the finish is perfect. By contrast, the Fail Zero shows a few very light machining marks on the front of the carrier on the flat spot in front of the gas key - but they have no impact on performance. The biggest difference is the Fail Zero is "slipperier" when sliding in the upper receiver, and the bolt is easier to clean. Also, the NiB coating on the Fail Zero is a slightly darker gray color, and the WMD is a shinier silver color. Each BCG has about the same # of rounds fired now, and neither have had a malfunction in my 14.5" middy. So you can't go wrong with either, but...if I had to pick one, I'd keep my Fail Zero because the specs are the same and I prefer the slipperier/easier to clean NiB coating on that one.
Fail Zero BCG
by Mike Tatman
I have heard nothing but good things about Fail Zero BCG'S and decided to give one a try. Well Primary Arms basically forced me to buy one with the price they had on it. It was on sale for $110. The BCG was the last part I needed to finish my current project. I haven't shot the rifle yet but the changing handle racks like butter. As always Primary Arms did there part with super quick and cheap shipping. I will always be poor thanks to you guys!
