Sprinco AR-15 rifle buffer springs are made from high quality Chrome Silicon wire stock which is used in a variety of applications from Formula One to motor valve springs which can see up to 15,000,000 compression cycles in a single race. This makes it the perfect choice for a rifle which will see far less cycles than that over it’s lifetime. In order for this rifle buffer spring to retain its strength, Sprinco heat treats, shot peens, and treats each spring with a proprietary formula that retains spring efficiency for as long as you have your rifle. The Sprinco Green rifle buffer spring is a great option to improve the long-term reliability of your AR-15.

This recoil spring is color coded green indicating that it is optimal for use with 5.56 AR-15s with a rifle length gas system and A2 length buffer tube. It also helps you to easily identify which power spring you have in your AR-15 if you have a habit of changing your setup constantly.

Great product for a low price

Great replacement for the VLTOR or BCM A5 system. Longer and stiffer then the OEM springs. Helps with cycling on a 11.5 BCM upper

I would buy this product again

Bought this spring as an upgrade for a 6.5mm Grendel build, replacing a carbine buffer tube with a rifle buffer tube. Everything works as it should, cycles without FTF or FTEs. Will differently buy again, good spring for a good price.

Quality

I buy these for the quality. I can tell a difference in shooting and these coils last longer. I do not have the tools to fact check that they are better for the gun, but when paired with the right buffer it serves for smoother shooting.

Fast shipping, and great product

PA ships fast as always, and this spring works great with the A5 system from VLTOR, although you probably want the A5H1 buffer instead of the A5H2 with this spring unless your system is horrendously overgassed.

Solid upgrade

It may not be necessary but its definitely a good upgrade. I dropped it I'm my A2 lower and the most noticeable thing to me was the spring noise was gone. Would definitely recommend.
