This Primary Arms prism scope is part of the SLx optics line. SLx optics have built a reputation for innovation, reliability, and value. All SLx optics undergo rigorous field-testing during development to best serve you in any environment.

The Primary Arms 2.5X Compact Prism Scope with ACSS CQB-M1 reticle is the lightweight, do-everything scope you've been looking for. The low 2.5X magnification and bright illuminated reticle allow for fast, both-eyes-open shooting at close range, while the ACSS CQB-M1 reticle allows for easy hits on targets out to an impressive 600 yards. Whether you're looking for a new scope for competition, hunting, or plinking, why look any further?

Features:
  • ACSS 5.56 CQB-M1 reticle has BDC and ranging out to 600 yards with 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, 5.45x39mm, and .308 Winchester
  • Fully illuminated reticle is visible even in bright daylight
  • Optional M1913 Picatinny top rail for piggy-backed red dot sights
  • Generous 10.16mm exit pupil allows for a bright sight picture and forgiving eye box
  • 37.5ft field of view at 100 yards provides easier tracking of mobile targets
  • 2.7" of eye relief
  • 1/2 MOA turret clicks are tactile and audible for easy zeroing
  • Tough prism scope is waterproof, fog resistant, and shockproof
  • Durable Type II hardcoat anodized black finish
  • Compatible with standard AR15 carry handle mounts
  • Protected by a lifetime warranty

The heart of the tough 2.5X Prism Scope is the ACSS 5.56 CQB-M1 reticle that combines ranging, wind leads, moving target leads, and ballistic drop compensation out to 600 yards. The outer horseshoe of the glass etched reticle is used for close quarters engagement, simply place the generous semi-circle on the target and run with it! Each side of the horseshoe also has the integrated ranging system. Place the bottom of the target on the bottom rung and range up. If you know your targets are roughly 18 inches wide, they can be ranged on the side Auto Range system, or directly on the BDC hold overs! Two dots on either side of the inner horseshoe offer a moving target lead moving with an average speed of 8.6 MPH. As an added bonus, the glass etched reticle does not require batteries or illumination, but 11 brightness settings (including daylight bright) allow for fast acquisition in close quarters, or enhanced visibility in fading light, powered by a common CR2032 battery!

The PAC2.5X offers mounting flexibility to suit your needs. The included 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny thumbscrew mount can be removed and replaced with any mount that accepts AR-15 carry handle-type optics, or simply so you can mount the 2.5x Prism Scope directly to an AR-15 style carry handle. Optionally, shooters can add an M1913 picatinny rail to the top of the optic to piggyback a red dot back up sight. The PAC2.5X offers the perfect amount of magnification to balance close quarters speed with hits at medium range, in a flexible and durable package.

Great all-round optic

by -

Love this optic! Mounted it on a 12.5" AR pistol. Took three clicks to zero it. Accurate, lightweight and looks great sitting on my gun. I like the duality of the optic: it works well as a red-dot for close-in, and magnifies just right for distance shooting. I'd say it is good for 100-200 yards. Anyways, my tired eyes need some help with all types of shooting and this little beauty does an excellent job. My wife now wants one for her rifle. Buy this, you won't regret it. Primary Arms does a fantastic job with their optics. This is my third one.

Great optic, maybe change out screws on mount.

I put this on my AR9 and quickly got it zeroed in at 25yds. I was able to reliably hit at 100yds. Reticle is crisp, even with illumination, and glass is really clear.

However, the base of the mount had a wobble in it right out of the box. So I put some blue loctite on the threads. The heads of the allen screws seemed soft and I wasn't very confident in getting them snugged down.

From PA- If that mount is giving you any trouble at all, please contact us and we'll be happy to replace it for you.

I really love this thing

I have had this scope for a little while now and I have to say it is great. I was really impressed with it and still am.

I put it on a new build and first shot was dead center in the bulls eye... (yeah I know there was some luck on that). The thing is crystal clear and I am a huge fan of the reticle really great and intuitive. No issue with losing zero and I can get some really good grouping with this.

I got this on sale and it was a great deal for the price range I doubt it can be beaten. I would highly recommend it.

Great optic!

Can’t believe the quality for this price. I wish I had bought one sooner. I would have saved a fortune on higher end optics with the same performance.

Perfect

Don’t believe what you hear on YouTube the 2.5 prism is perfect scope. I have astigmatism and red dots don’t work for me this is the perfect solution for up close in for midrange shooting when it goes on sale I will buy another one.

Well worth the money!

This optic is well worth the money! I recently mounted it on my tactical AR, and it was far more than I expected it would be. It is very well-constructed and aesthetically pleasing! I LOVE IT!
It’s illuminated reticle just adds to its quality.

A unique optic that definitely deserves your consideration

Okay obviously at this price point the scope is made in China. True what other reviewers have said; you gotta tighten down all the hex screws first, with the enclosed allen wrench. Even the four screws on the rear face. After that, I really like this fixed mag prismatic scope/red dot. If you have astigmatism like I have, the reticle and center dot is crisp. The illumination is clear even in daylight and at max intensity. 2.5 magnification is just right for inside work or out past 100 yds. Eye relief at 2.7 inches is generous and will keep your nose out of your charging handle. The visual field is large. The on/off switch for illumination is a taut dial, not a button. Feels just like my Trijicon MRO. I have a Sig Romeo 5 red dot and I really hate the "buttons" for the illumination control. The unit is fairly compact and not too heavy. So yeah, I am very satisfied with this optic and can reccommend it.

Great optic for the price.

I bought this on a Black Friday special. I am very impressed so far.

Great fixed power scope for short to medium shooting

by -

I am very pleased with my new Prism Scope. It was shipped securely and arrived with no problem on time. It installed quickly and operation was simple. I shot it at 25 yards to start my zeroing process and it shot consistently. I walked it up in 3 groups of two to zero and had a 1/4" group. I am shooting with a 300 ACC so ACSS ranging won't apply to me.

You won't be disappointed

I have this on my AKV 9mm and it's perfect. Will be getting another for a new MPX 9mm. Perfect sight picture and the magnification is great for this old man's less than perfect vision. 200 yd shots easily.
