New from Guntec USA, 16.5" (.308 CAL) Ultra Lightweight M-LOK Free Float Handguard with Monolithic Top Rail. The ultra lightweight .308 handguard is DPMS low profile spec and the total weight including the steel barrel nut is 14.8 oz! The handguard has a tight fit up against the receiver which allows for a monolithic top rail. In addition, the rail system slides over the barrel nut and is locked up against the receiver with 6 screws. Proudly made in the U.S.A in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Great product and Guntech customer service second to none.

Product fits and functions perfect. Quality is really good and looks awesome on my 308 ar 10 .More importantly needed to contact Guntec about a very minor issue and it was handled front to back very quickly fantastic customer service dept . You will not be disappointed in any way with Guntec .First class.

Excellent customer service. I appreciate a company that treats the customer good, and values their customer. Had an issue with screws stripping, customer service rep sent new ones to me in 3 days...that's service. Go GUNTEC...MAGA!!

Got all my parts went to go put them together I have an Areo precision upper and the hand guard rail sits lower than my upper rail

The handguard itself has a nice, uniform finish and the cutouts are well thought out. The barrel nut mounting method is crude however. The barrel nut indexes inside the handguard and shims (included) are required to line up the handguard. The fit with my M5E1 upper can only be described as terrible.
