The Geissele Automatics Super Duty MOD 1 HBAR 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Receiver with a 16" barrel is built on the Super Duty platform. This upper receiver includes a heavier HBAR profile barrel, featuring a .812 gas journal, a custom reinforced .812 gas block, and a thicker, straight gas tube. This construction allows it to manage high volumes of fire while maintaining accuracy.

It comes with a cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined Super Heavy Barrel and a Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group. Both the barrel and the forged stressproof bolt undergo high-pressure testing (HPT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to ensure reliability. The custom .812 gas block and reinforced straight gas tube contribute to heat reduction. Also included is a Nanocoated HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device, compatible with HUXWRX FLOW series suppressors.
