Aero Precision AR-15 Enhanced Carbine Buffer Tube

The Aero Precision Enhanced AR-15 Carbine Buffer Tube is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and features a durable Melonite finish. This Carbine receiver extension features 6 positions of adjustment for your favorite collapsible stock allowing you to customize to your length of pull. This enhanced buffer tube features carrier extensions to fully support the bolt carrier group when reciprocating from the receiver to the receiver extension. The tabs also index with the buffer retaining pin protecting it while also preventing the tube from backing off under recoil. Drain holes have been added to allow water to drain from the system in maritime environments and decreases the amount of pressure for a smoother cycling rifle.

Additionally, the rear of the Mil-Spec buffer tube is ramped to aid in installation of carbine stocks. The proper thread depth prevents the stock from getting stuck when fully collapsed and provides a much cleaner look for your rifle.
