Aero Precision EPC-9 Threaded 16" 9mm Barreled Upper Receiver - ATLAS S-ONE 15" Handguard

Enhance your new build with the Aero Precision EPC-9 Barreled Upper Receiver with LRBHO. This EPC-9 receiver features custom machining from forged 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized black finish for durability. The upper receiver features a last-round bolt hold-open mechanism, standard AR-15 takedown and pivot pin lug pattern, dimple above the receiver threads, and is compatible with most AR-15 compatible barrel nuts and handguards. 

Note: The EPC last round bolt hold open is compatible ONLY with Glock pattern magazines.

The ATLAS S-ONE free float M-LOK handguard features an interrupted top picatinny rail, allowing for enhanced ergonomics and reduced weight in an area that very few shooters actually utilize for accessories. Instead the top of the handguard is equipped with indexing grooves for a sure grip when driving the muzzle. The M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions are ready to accept your favorite lights, lasers, and grips, while the integrated QD sling swivel sockets ensure you don't need to waste accessory space for a dedicated mount. The ATLAS uses a functional and aesthetically pleasing taper-lock  system for rock solid mounting.

Under the handguard is a 16" 41V50 chrome moly vanadium steel barrel. Chambered for the incredibly common 9mm, the barrel features 1:10 twist rifling that will stabilize the full range of bullets available. The durable inky black salt bath nitride finish is exceptionally corrosion resistant and does not negatively impact accuracy the way old school hard chrome linings can. Threaded 1/2x36, the barrel is ready to accept your favorite muzzle brakes, compensators, or flash hiders, and even ships with the highly effective A2 style bird cage flash hider.
