Aero Precision M4E1-Enhanced 5.56 NATO HBAR Barreled Upper Receiver - 16"

The Aero Precision M4E1-Enhanced 5.56 NATO Barreled Upper with 16" HBAR barrel is a high-strength, precision-machined component for AR-15 rifle builds. Featuring a heavy barrel profile marked “HBAR,” it is designed to improve heat tolerance and consistency in sustained fire applications. The forged 7075-T6 aluminum upper is paired with a 15" Enhanced Gen 2 M-LOK handguard that includes anti-rotation tabs, a full-length Picatinny rail, and QD sling sockets for added modularity. This upper includes a low-profile gas block and mid-length gas system, promoting smoother recoil and reliability with various 5.56 NATO loads. The barrel is 4150 CrMoV steel with a QPQ finish, 1:7 twist rate, and M4 feed ramps, all HP and MPI tested for integrity. Made in the United States.
