The Aero Precision M5 Threaded Assembled Receiver Set includes both upper and lower receivers, meticulously engineered and designed to match each other flawlessly, for exceptional accuracy and reliability. The upper receiver features a number of advanced design features to maximize performance and versatility. Machined from 7075-T6 forged aluminum and equipped with M4 feedramps, this receiver accepts standard DPMS .308 components and boasts .2795" takedown pin holes, with laser-engraved T-marks. Also included are a port door and forward assist for added convenience.

The lower receiver is just as impressive, with multi-caliber markings and compatibility with both standard DPMS 308 components and magazines. The rear takedown pin detent hole is threaded for a 4-40 set screw, and the bolt catch is threaded for a screw pin, eliminating the need for a roll pin. Additionally, the integrated trigger guard and selector markings compatible with 45, 60 or 90 degree safety selectors make this receiver set incredibly versatile and easy to use. With no gap with aftermarket pistol grips, it's the perfect start to any rifle build.
