The M5E1 upper receiver simplifies the handguard installation process by reducing the amount of parts needed to a mere eight screws. Simply insert the barrel assembly and tighten it with the included barrel nut. Then, slide on your chosen handguard and tighten the screws. This streamlined process allows for quick and efficient assembly of a free-floated handguard system.
