Aero Precision Stripped AR-15 Upper Receiver - FDE Cerakote

This thing looks amazing! The color is exceptional. My only complaint is about the Cerakote, itself. The coating makes installing the barrel quite difficult.

Clean Upper, Nice. My only word of caution is careful driving in the forward assist pin. It is not easy to cover FDE scratches. Good Luck

Pretty good, fit all the parts no issues barrel fit nice and tight, but says it’s magpul fde and it’s not, seems pretty strong, wish there was more detail in it seems bland. Primary arms is great shipping is top notch.

I ordered the Aero Gen II upper to mate to my Aero M4E1 lower and it is a perfect color match and an excellent upper/lower fit. No "T Marks" but somehow my life will continue without them as I rarely use them anyway. A great piece of gear from a company that values my business and ships fast.

No question it's a good quality upper. I bought it to match an Aero Precision FDE lower. Everything went together perfectly, fit and finish is excellent, and it has performed very well. Only two issues were discouraging, and neither was clear from the product listing:

1. The Cerakote does not match the Aero lower. The lower was purchased several months ago, but I still found this surprising. The shade is noticeably different but not offensively so.

2. The upper is not T-marked. Online pictures of uppers rarely show this clearly, but I was really hoping it was. For the price it should have been.

I spent the extra money on an Aero part hoping both of the above would be true. Next time I would seriously consider purchasing from another manufacturer instead to save money if those aren't going to work in my favor anyway.

I still completed my build using the upper and it has performed extremely well.

I have a magpul addition s&w m&p 15 bought this fde upper to match the rest of the fde parts on my gun it looks great a little lighter shade than magpul fde but it still looks great I'm very satisfied
