Details

This Anderson Manufacturing AR-15 lower parts kit is ideal for starting a new build. Contains everything needed to turn a stripped receiver into a fully functional AR-15 lower, except the fire control group and pistol grip, giving users the ability to install their favorite grip and upgraded trigger. This kit is also ideal for keeping spares of commonly lost parts on hand. All parts are compatible with mil-spec AR-15 lower receivers. This kit includes a magazine catch assembly, buffer retainer assembly, takedown and pivot pin assemblies, bolt catch assembly, safety selector assembly, and a mil-spec trigger guard.

Don’t recommend this product.

I do no recommend this product. I was installing it and a lot of the pieces would not fit properly into the holes. I would put the detent, the spring, then the last piece to stop them from coming out and I’d have to practically bash it in with a soft mallet. They were not the proper fit as they should’ve been. Completely messed up my lower. I couldn’t not recommend this product any more.

Works but...

Everything goes into place and works but two things. 1: The front takedown pin is super hard and rough to take off even with lubrication. I had to punch it out with a hammer a couple of times even with oil applied, I had to polish it in order for it to pop normally. 2: This is not a big deal but the finishing on all the exterior parts is not uniform. Takedown pins, magazine release and catch all look different in finish.

The retainer pin detent springs were too big. The trigger guard and magazine catch are plastic and will soon be replaced. the safety feels kind of sloppy.
