Redo your thread tolerances

I'm not picky enough to 3 star or less just for the headline. Finish is nice, design is nice for a three prong flash hider. My preference is to an A2 style with no bottom holes, but this is still a fine addition aesthetically.
The problem lies in either tolerance stacking with the surface finish, or not cutting the 1/2x28 threads right. This thing was a PAIN IN ME ARSE to get onto a Ballistic Advantage barrel. All my other muzzle devices went on fine by hand, when I tested to see if the barrel was the issue. I had to take a tap to this, and even then it was still way tighter fitting to the threads than it should be.
If you can't start it by hand, and get it most of the way by hand, your thread tolerances suck. If you have to fight a threaded connection something is wrong. Keeping it on securely is what the included crush washer is for.

Excellent! high quality, was a bit egh about the closed tine but once in hand I like it better the 3 or 4 prong, the Blast shield covers it completely. the muzzle devices have a bit of sheen to them (semi gloss) as the blast shield is flat black in case that matters to anyone. very happy witn my purchase and Primary Arms was on point with the shipping and getting my order to me, the PRICE! was cheapest anywhere.....Thanks P/A
