Burris 30x Spotter Eyepiece - SCR Mil Reticle

This is the eyepiece only for the Burris spotting scope lineup and features a 30x magnification with an SCR Mil Reticle and extremely wide field of view. One of three different options in the 30x magnification for the Burris spotter scope line up, this is an optional add-on to improve overall range and capabilities while in the field on long-distance hunts. The linear field of view is 112 ft at 1,000 yards. The three options include a no-reticle version, the SCR Mil reticle and the SCR MOA reticle. The SCR designation refers to the special competition reticle, which allows a spotter to help call shots quickly and efficiently utilizing the same system as the shooter will be using. This is an eye piece made out of a die-cast magnesium body that mates easily with the entire lineup of Burris spotting scopes and allows significantly more range and understanding of the full field of view when attached to such a spotting scope. While this spotting scope eyepiece is made specifically for the Burris spotting scope line up, there is significant carryover among the broader field of spotting scopes available, particularly in the medium and intermediate range segment of the market.

This spotting scope add-on, features a rear focal plane or second focal plane. It has an 18mm eye relief and measures 2.1 inches long utilizing the quick install on the Burris spotting scopes with the bayonet style mounting. It weighs 5 oz. A twist up rubber eye cup, and a wide 64 degree apparent angle of view allows a lot of adjustment and fills this wide-angle view well, given the optical clarity of the Burris line up of spotting scopes when paired with this quick mount, easy change, add on. It's filled with noble gas and sealed with o-rings to ensure fog proof and waterproof capabilities.
