Colt's Manufacturing King Cobra Revolver .357 Magnum is like no other revolver on the market. With such heritage on the line, there are a few things that Colt has changed for their new King Cobra. Colt’s King Cobra is reincarnated for 2019 as the 6-Shot .357 Magnum big brother of the Colt Cobra Double Action revolver. Sporting a heavy-duty frame, 3-inch barrel, and brushed stainless steel construction.To aid in concealed carry, Colt has elected for a 3 inch barrel on the new King Cobra. Although a 4 inch would be ideal for velocity with the .357 magnum, this allows for quicker, shorter draws that put you on target faster, reduces the weight and keeps you from printing. The Hogue Overmolded frame brings a great deal of comfort during shooting. With perfectly placed finger grooves, you can be sure you have a positive grip for each shot. The double action trigger is rather dreamy. Even though the specifications say 7-9 pound pull, to many it will be smoother than lots of 6 pund striker fire handgun triggers. Once more, the dream continues in single action. Dropping all the way down to a 3-4 pound pull, it only takes the lightest squeeze to send rounds downrange.
