Daniel Defense Complete Bolt Head Assembly - 6.8SPC

Finding a phosphated 6.8 spc bolt/bolt carrier group from a reputable manufacturer like Daniel Defense is becoming increasingly difficult so I also picked this up as a back-up. My observations: the phosphate finish is consistent throughout; the edges of the bolt lugs are neither sharp, nor rounded-but are nice and smooth; the 3 bolt rings are flat and consistently sized; and the extractor uses the spring/insert combination without the "o" ring. There's a faint, looks like laser-engraved, "6.8MM" marking at the 6 o'clock position between the bolt shoulder and lugs. Although I have not used it yet, I'm giving it 5-stars!

I bought this as a backup to go with my Daniel Defense BCG for the 6.8SPC. It functions flawlessly and the price was more than agreeable. I like using quality parts and this one qualifies. Typical of the quality I find at Primary Arms.
