The Daniel Defense Extended Flash Suppressor has been permanently pinned and welded to the barrel to bring it to the required 16" minimum and keep the rifle safely out of NFA territory. This AR-15 rifle also features an M16 profile bcg that has been Mil-Spec magnetic particle inspected to ensure all angles are properly machined to the proper dimensions. The carrier is also chrome lined to make it extremely durable and able to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of 5.56 ammunition. The gas key has been properly staked to prevent it from backing out after many years of shooting. The direct impingement gas system features a pinned low-profile gas block CNC machined from 4140 hardened steel with a phosphate coating.
