Subpar for 458

by -

Bought this because like others I was having feeding issues with my 458 rifle. After receiving these mags and don't some alterations it's in my opinion no better than a a standard pmag (didn't fix my feeding issues)

Does What It Says On The Tin

10 rounds in a stainless steel mag for your 458 SOCOM. Marked 458 SOCOM. Has the appropriate follower, so no hassles from that Fudd RSO in the ban states. (You aren't stuffing any .223/5.56 in this bad boy.)

Good mag

These mags are good, they are a little picky about the type of bullet you use. The round nose bullets function flawlessly, no feeding issues. The flat nose bullets seem to hang up on the front of the mag, with minor alterations with a file they work fine.

This does NOT work in my 458 Socom. But does work in my 450 Bushmaster

I tried this in my 458 Socom. It did not feed at all. I tried it in my 450 Bushmaster and works and runs great. Now at least I have a larger magazine for it. This is why I left 4 stars. It does work but not what it is intended for.

Excellent mags

I recently built a 458 upper and have had fun blasting off rounds at the range. I've put about 100 rounds down range and didn't have any malfunctions related to the magazines. These are like clockwork.
