Good barrel
by Dino
Installed, 200 rounds, more accurate than I am. WILL buy again.
3rd one I've bought...and I'll buy again.

I'm at the point with this barrel that I ask why wouldn't you buy it. Made by Rosco, chrome lined, heavier than the government profile and at the right place. They're medium weight which feels good to my hands especially ran suppressed, with .25" poi/poa shift. They love 55 gr and 77 gr with the it's I shoot opening up to about 2.25".
The price is right when on sale.
Basically, unless you're shooting 62-68 grain exclusively, need a lightweight barrel, or need a name brand on the side of your gun, these are great.
Nice barrel

Barrel appears to be of good quality (normal wear of the bore after ~1k rounds). Accuracy is also pretty good - I was able to get 2-3moa with various brands of ball ammo. Didn't measure gas port diameter but the recoil seems a bit punchy for a mid-length.
Great barrel for the money.

As of 11 August, 2024, there has only been one previous review of this barrel. I decided to purchase it on a whim build, and it did not disappoint. Chrome, phosphate, sized and weight is appropriate for the profile. Paired this with a 15” Expo Arms MLok rail and the upper was completed. Everything cycled reliably and it definitely has a solid build to it. For a Mid Length gas, it was a bit more punchy like a Carbine Length gas in terms of recoil impulse, but I’ll take the extra bit of gas and reliability. I have not been disappointed with Expo Arms products, they are affordable and work, period.
Great barrel

This is a great buy for a cost effective build. This barrel shoots very well and exceeds my expectations for the price point. Phosphate and chrome are both very well done. Sample size of 2 so far but I’ll buy more of them in the future without hesitation.
