Forward Controls Design M-LOK QD Sling Adapter - Heavy - FDE

Forward Controls Design MSQ-H or MLOK, Sling Adapter, QD, Heavy, mounts just like any other M-LOK QD sling point but it is machined from 4140 steel. Many other M-LOK QD swivel adapters are machined from 7075-T6 or 6061 aluminum, which is strong yet lightweight. FCD and SOLGW use 4140 steel for this sling adapter because the tensile strength is 95,000 PSI which is 20,000 PSI more than 7075 aluminum and 55,000 PSI more than 6061 aluminum. The extra weight of the MSQ-H is negligible, and the extra strength gained from its steel construction is worth it.
