Positive this is one of the best made pcc bolts I’ve had the chance to use, perfect ejection and no major malfunctions at all 10/10 would recommend FM to friends and family

Don't waste your money on this junk

by -

Avoid this junk. Several problems with it. The hole for the firing pin on the bolt face had a raised ridge around it high enough to catch a finger nail. The roll pin for the extractor wasn't seated and was dragging on the mag feed lips. Even after tapping it down as far as it would go, I still had to file it flush. And most importantly, the metal is so soft that the hammer left several gouges on the center rail leading to creating so much drag that the bolt would not go forward. Bad heat treat, junk steel, extremely poor quality control. Not worth half what I paid for it. Now it is nothing more than an expensive paper weight.

Just alright

Experienced same issue with extractor pin; it was not fully installed. The reason, the hole in the gas key does not line up with carrier. Therefore, pin cannot be fully seated. Had to remove and cut with dremmel. Reinstalled shortened pin. No more issues.

Love the bolt works great!

Recently got one for my 45 build, well made nice quality. Couldnt be happier great price too

Works perfectly after….

by

Would not feed with Glock mags and in a 80%arms lower. Looked to YouTube and several people had the same problem. There is a piece that sticks out on the face that strips the round out of the mag. Cutting it off is the answer. So I cut it off filled and polished smooth. Now it works flawlessly. I see on another review about roll pins sticking out. They are supposed to. Do not cut off. It’s so you can grab it and pull it out. Works as good or better that more expensive bolts. Look around they are all the same except this one.

I purchased the FM bcg after having a budget bcg develope a crack in the bolt face, itself after less than 500 rounds. I have over 1500 rounds with no problems.
