The Geissele Automatics Border Patrol is a compact and reliable AR-15 pistol built for performance. Featuring a 11.5-inch hammer-forged barrel and a carbine-length gas system, this pistol delivers optimal balance between controllability and power.
The heart of the Border Patrol lies in its Geissele components, including the Super Duty lower and upper receivers, a manganese phosphate coated bolt carrier group, and a reliable ALG Advanced Combat Trigger (ACT). Very Nice!

I hate to be THAT GUY who leaves a review without having shot the gun bc there's a foot of snow outside, but I wanted to clear up something I wasn't sure of until I got mine.
An M-LOK QD sling mount IS included on the handguard and so is a 3" M-LOK section of pic rail, perfect for a light. It did NOT come with a magazine.
Overall it is very nice looking and it's a Gisselle so I don't anticipate any issues. I think it is the same as the Super Duty, but with a different hand guard, BCG and trigger. Maybe the charging handle is slightly different. It does have the CHF chrome lined barrel and SD upper and lower receivers. I got it on sale for under $1500 and I think it's a great deal for that much.
When I ordered the gun I also ordered an SSA-E trigger to install (it was also on sale), but the included ACT trigger actually feels nice enough (dry firing) that I'm going to keep it. Great trigger, perfect for a Homestead Patrol Rifle.
