AEMS SIGHT

The Holosun AEMS caught my eye, I first liked the size of the unit, weight, the glass size, the “dot in a circle” reticle, and let’s not forget all those hours on a such a small battery. The features just keep going, solar backup, auto adjust reticle. I bought this optic for my bedside AR, not meant for war, not meant for 300yd shots. This one is meant to pickup in the dark, aim and shoot at close quarter targets. Forgot to mention I mounted it on a Scalar Works QD mount w/1.93” , the original mount is not a QD mount, has a weird way of tightening. Now for the first issue encountered with it, today at the range after 100 or so rounds, it began to twitch, cycling from bright to dim, and at one point blinking repeatedly. I shut off the auto adjustment for ambient light, and it stopped doing this. Maybe the good old dinosaur w/o all these features is still better.

Great optics. I am able to hit a 8" steel plate at 300 yards with this optics on my Ar-15. Love the green optics. Yo have your choice of Green circle, just a green dot or both. Shack to wake is also nice. Price cant be beat at Primary Arms. Fast shipping also.
