This set of night vision goggles combines the most popular features from the battle-proven NVG or Night Vision Goggle, the AN/PVS-15, and the binocular night vision device or AN/PVS-31 delivering the ultimate in night vision capability. The improved un-filmed white phosphor night vision goggles offer various shades of intensity between black and white far better than black and green. The result of the Generation Three white phosphor tubes of this night vison goggle set has better contrast and accurate depth perception making target detection accurate and quick. The BNVD-1531 offers the most versatile options featuring a single AA Lithium battery life of up to sixteen hours on average. This particular night vision goggle package also includes an exterior battery pack holding four AA Lithium batteries that provide up to fifty hours of use on average.
