Not Compatible with Aero

While LMT manufactures outstanding parts this charging handle did not fit an Aero M5 upper reciever. There is interference at the top of the reciever and contact with the lower. Contact with the lower prevents proper mating of the upper & lower receivers. The rear pin cannot be inserted. You can see the misalignment. Bottom line: Won't work with Aero M5 uppers/lowers. I rated two stars for this fact alone. I still consider LMT to be top of the line, just not for my application.

Well built, if it's for your LMT

This is made by and for LMT's MWS. AR-10, SR25, LR308's are not MIL Spec like the AR-15. You can't expect to buy different brands for your .308 build and have them work. IF you do, sell it off, but no reason to leave a 2 star review of a product you mistakenly purchased.

LMT is the Chuck Norris of ARs. It's not that your LMT charging handle doesn't fit your Aero Precision upper. Your Aero Presuction upper doesn't fit your LMT charging handle.

Swap out your limp biscuit for some hardtack and enjoy life. LMT.
