The Luth-AR H1 Heavy Buffer is built for use with carbine-length receiver extensions and weighs in at 3.8 ounces. Inside, it houses one tungsten and two steel weights to add extra mass. This added weight can improve cycling reliability especially in rifles with short or mid-length gas systems. It may also help reduce felt recoil for a smoother shooting experience.
