The Magpul GL Enhanced Magazine Well is designed to enhance and ensure positive magazine insertion for GLOCK pistols. Sleek, ergonomic features ensure minimal printing under clothing for excellent concealment. Optimized for use with standard capacity GLOCK factory magazines, Magpul GL magazines, and a variety of aftermarket floorplates and extensions.

NOTE: Some reduced capacity (10-round) factory GLOCK magazines have several dimensional differences which may interfere with this magazine well. Some large aftermarket floorplates may also interfere.

Doesn’t work with OEM back straps, but it’s plastic, so that can be changed.

Is it stands, it snaps into place nicely without any grip back straps, but if you use either of the back straps, both the back straps and magwell require significant “hand fitting” (I used a razor blade and dremel grinding wheel)

Took me longer than I would have liked.

In the end, the front of the magwell is loose and but nothing significant.. downsides of it being plastic and nowhere to latch on in the front.

For the price, it’s an excellent starter magwell.. doesn’t add any weight (for pistol balance) like much more expensive metal magwells, but for feeding the magazine it’s a small step up from the OEM.

Im. To particular to cerakoting or fancy finishes, so a dull black plastic magwell doesn’t bother me whatsoever.
