The Gen 2 Side Mount quickly attaches to Yugoslavian pattern AK rifles with a built-in receiver interface. This mount places the optic on center, or extremely close to the center of the AK top cover. Featuring a modular design, the mount top may be exchanged for another of a different type, for compatibility with other optic bases. Additional mount tops sold separately. This mount uses a highly refined quick-detach lever, offering the smoothest functioning QD on the market with an excellent return-to-zero.
