Difficult to fold

by

Its not rocket science however the spring tension is extremely stiff. It practically defeats the purpose of having a folding stock. This is so difficult to open and close I may just return this stock. Its definatly overpriced now that I have it. Installed it on my HK 416, if this is needed for any type of battle and you needed to quickly fold or unfold you would be taken out. Best to leave it either in the folded position or just extended. Maybe it needs a break in but I had a hell of a time defeating the spring tension to fold it. The stock itself is nice aluminum construction but I would like to see two bolts to hold in place on the picatinny to clamp on
