The Noveske Rifleworks N4 Gen 4 SPR Stainless 5.56 NATO Complete Upper Receiver in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) is a top-of-the-line choice for precision and durability. This upper receiver features an 18” barrel crafted from 416R stainless steel with a 1:7 twist rate, ensuring exceptional accuracy and performance. Each barrel is individually serialized for quality control, hand-polished, and equipped with the Noveske Match Chamber. The intermediate-length gas tube system is paired with a low-profile Noveske-marked gas block that is pinned to the barrel, ensuring a secure fit. The barrel also includes an M4 barrel extension with hand-polished extended feed ramps and a Noveske Pig Pen suppressor-compatible muzzle device.

The upper receiver itself is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum billet, featuring extended feed ramps and finished with a hardcoat type III anodizing followed by an FDE Cerakote ceramic coating for enhanced durability. It includes a black nitrided Noveske-marked forward assist and the Noveske Love Handle ambidextrous charging handle. Designed with an anti-rotation interface for a secure handguard attachment, the upper receiver also houses a phosphate-coated bolt carrier that is full-auto compatible, with a chrome-lined carrier bore and key. The gas key bolts are grade 8 American-made and properly staked, while the phosphate bolt is made from Carpenter 158 heat-treated steel and is magnetic particle inspected (MPI) for reliability.
