The 16.1" 300 AAC Blackout Barrel is a button rifled 416R stainless steel barrel for the AR-15. 300 BLK provides an effective and extremely flexible .30 caliber option for the AR-15 requiring only a barrel swap to utilize supersonic rounds comparable to 7.62x39mm or quiet and powerful subsonic rounds tuned for short barrels.

300 BO Barrel / Pistol Length Gas System

I recently got this barrel a and updated an AR for the 300 Blackout. Had debated between Carbine & Piston length gas systems. The Pistol Length was on sale so.....
NO REGRETS. This was a very simple upgrade and the Pistol Length gas system has worked flawlessly for both Supersonic and Subsonic rounds.
This barrel is more accurate than me. Dialing it in, I had several shots in the same hole.
I also added a VG6 muzzle break and it's MUCH quieter than your standard A2 flash hider.
Quality, barrel gas block for the $$

This barrel was put on a F1 high end competition rifle. The gas block blings behind the rail. The gas block is good with being able to find tune with set screw (first one is just for locking). After you remove first set screw you can dial the second one in to were it’s just enough to cycle bolt and to minimize recoil. Put second set screw back in and snug down, it’s functioned perfectly ever since. Barrel is more accurate than the shooter, stray shot are likely the ammo or myself.....
