Zipper blew out the first use
by William -
So I usually don't write reviews unless things are not up to snuff. And this pack is total garbage, the first time I used it I was traveling. Went through TSA and went to put my computer back in the large packet and bam the zipper separated right there in line. Needless to say, trying to control my stuff after clearing the scanner was so much fun. NOT!!!!!! All the stuff I have purchased from PA has been very good. But this ugh. Wish I could post a pic, but guess I can't here. I was able to slide the second zipper around and close the pocket, but it kept slipping upward and I sure dont trust it at all, nearly dumped my computer twice more, stay away from this, seeing it was made in China I should have known, my bad. Watched a few you tube vids on how to repair the zipper head, but I can almost bet it will crack and break. So beware :(
It was good to speak to you on this issue and get you taken care of. Please let us know if there is anything else we may help you with.
Updated review

Ok I know i was harsh on my first review. But updating it now. I received a call from PA customer service, imagine that, it took me by surprise. But I am saying my issue was resolved to my satisfaction, hence my upgrading to 5 stars. PA has to be the best place to purchase your gear needs bar none. Keep up the great work.
Great for the price

I bought three different PA packs. This one is ok. The straps are thin and stitching is suspect- but at a smaller capacity (compared to the 3-day pack) it will likely handle the load. No regrets on buying this one for the price.
Not the best
by Jacob -
Bought this Item on sale. The capacity Is definitely on the smaller side, but that's not to big of a deal if you know that going in. Zippers seem kinda cheap. I had to reattach a zipper head after not much use. Other than this, I have no complaints considering the price I bought it at. The straps are nice for securing the pack nice and snug.

Zipper wont last promise and the buckles will pop out to the point where it wont hold its own weight. Do not buy

Zippers Are Horrible.
by SHAWN -
I used this once on a hunting trip to simply hold a few sweatshirts, an extra magazine and my sunglasses. First day of simply riding around in a side-by-side and the zipper busts open. Luckily nothing was lost. It wasn't subjected to any strenuous demands at all, but the failed zipper makes me not want to carry it. The straps are thin, but you're not going to get hundreds of pounds in this small pack, so they seem adequate. I bought the PA 3-day pack and overall, it is hands down a better bag.
