Radical Firearms quality control issues

The fit and finish on the rifle was good. I did notice my buffer tube castle nut damaged from Radical Firearms torquing it down. They should be more careful assembling the rifle. I have built many in the past and I use care when building my rifles. I also noticed that the upper and the lower did not want to mate smoothly. There was a slight gap which hindered the rear take down pin go in. I needed to exert unnecessary pressure to mate the upper to the lower. I could feel and hear a "snap". This is not normal. Upon inspection, this gap was caused by the buffer tube screwed in too much. The buffer tube lip (holds the buffer retainer pin) was catching on the back of the bolt carrier. The snapping noise was the bolt carrier getting past the buffer tube lip. I had to unscrew the buffer castle nut (it was on way too tight) and back out the buffer tube. This fixed the problem.

Purchased this firearm a month or so ago and love it! Not had a single issue. Very accurate at 100 yards. Haven't got to test farther than that yet. I am 100% happy with my purchase and Primary Arms service. Ordered on weekend confirmed my FFL info on Monday and my FFL received it on Saturday. Also they included a free 10 round magazine.(which it specifically states that it doesn't come with a magazine),so yes I was very happy! And yes I would definitely recommend this product and doing business with Primary Arms! Thanks!
