The Full-Length Sizer Die ensures that the case is brought to SAAMI minimum cartridge dimensions, sizes the outside of the case, de-primes, and expands the neck to accept the bullet. It also features vents to prevent case damage caused by trapped air and excessive lubricant. The die maintains minimum tolerances to hold the headspace, avoiding changes in the case body length during full-length sizing.
