The lightweight and rugged Savage Axis 2 Compact is a bolt action rifle with a redesigned compact synthetic grey stock. This .300 AAC blackout rifle features a barrel length of 16.125", a 1:8 rate of twist, 4-round detachable magazine, and a compact overall length of 35.625". The Axis 2 Compact blends portability and precision shooting performance and includes a user-adjustable AccuTrigger, as well as a drilled and tapped receiver, ready for optics. At only 5.9 lbs, this compact .300 Blackout rifle is ideal for hunting.
