The Savage Axis 2 Compact is a versatile bolt action rifle for hunting, sport shooting, and other precision shooting applications. This left-handed rifle is chambered in .243 Winchester and features a 20-inch barrel with a 1 in 9.25" rate of twist. This short-action rifle also includes a 4-round detachable magazine, user-adjustable AccuTrigger, integrated sling swivel studs, and a synthetic Flat Dark Earth stock. The Axis 2 Compact .243 Winchester bolt action rifle is drilled and tapped for optics and is perfect for a variety of precision shooting applications.
