Better late than never.

I got them and they were factory but if I didn’t follow up they might still be in limbo. The automated shipping isn’t as good as it should be. Took a long time as in weeks to get them. Didn’t ship for over two weeks and I had to follow up to ensure they get shipped since it was in limbo. Over the product is good and from factory.
