Sionics Weapon Systems AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group - NP3

The Sionics Weapon Systems NP3 AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is a high-quality component machined from Carpenter 158 Steel. It features a Mil-Spec Gas Key that is NP3 Coated and Heat Treated and properly staked to prevent the backing out of fasteners. The gas key utilizes Optimized Carrier Key Screws to secure to the carrier, ensuring the carrier operates reliably. The carrier also includes a hand-installed Permatex gasket that significantly reduces under-gassing risk. The Sionics Bolt is made from Carpenter 158 Steel and is HP/MPI tested and inspected. Shot Peened Bolts come with a Sprinco Heavy Duty Extractor Spring and Black Spring Insert. In addition to the Carrier, the Bolt, and Cam Pin have also been NP3 treated to improve corrosion resistance and minimize carbon build-up.
