The Sons of Liberty Gun Works AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is built for shooters who demand a hard-use BCG that goes beyond Mil-Spec standards. Each part is carefully heat treated and precision machined for strength, reliability, and long service life. The carrier is crafted from AISI 8620 aircraft-grade steel with a full-auto profile and a protective manganese phosphate finish. Its Carpenter 158 steel bolt is both high-pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected to guarantee dependable performance under heavy use.

Added refinements, such as a precision-ground gas key interface and a solid film lubricant on the cam pin, further extend reliability and reduce wear.
