Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad 7.62 NATO Rifle - 18"
Details
Details
The Springfield Armory M1A Scout Squad is a semi-auto recreation of the original M14 military issue rifle from 1959 to 1970 with a few changes. The semi-auto M1A was first introduced in 1974, so civilians could get their hands on this popular design. Now Springfield Armory has resurrected this popular rifle by building it for a variety of different roles whether you want a short SOCOM model or a Super Match for competition use. The Scout Squad version takes a more modern approach with the 18” blued barrel chambered in .308 Winchester. Additionally, the Scout Squad rifle features a forward mounted picatinny rail for mounting a long eye relief scope for fast and easy target acquisition without losing situational awareness. The muzzle brake effectively reduces muzzle rise for faster follow up shots. With a 10-round detachable box magazine and two-stage trigger, this modern battle rifle will be great for collectors who like to take their rifles to the tree stand or the range.
