The Taran Tactical Innovations Smith & Wesson Shield Magazine Extension Base Pad Kit adds either 2 rounds of 9mm or 1 round of .40 caliber. Like all of the TTI magazine extensions, it features their patented push pin design that allows for toolless assembly and disassembly for easily cleaning or fixing malfunctions. The single piece CNC machined aluminum design adds a few ounces to help empty mags drop freely for faster magazine changes and won’t break on impact with the ground. This model features a bright red hardcoat anodized finish that will last. Designed to work with the OEM follower spring for maximum reliability, this magazine extension is a great upgrade for you carry gun.
