The one thing to keep in mind

Looks great, and is very easy to install. The one thing to keep in mind, is that it does not close on some BCGs without modification. Works fine on my Spikes BCG, but not on my Lantac enhanced BCG.
Well made, looks great

I just installed one of these on my Aero upper and it looks great in contrast to the black finish of the upper receiver. The finish matches all other FDE parts I have installed so far. Only problem is it flips open way too easy. Simply snapping down the take down pin causes the cover to flip open. It seems as if the tension on the detent is weak. I’m sure the cover spring is not over tensioned but I might try adjusting it some how. I’m going to put a few rounds down range first and see if powder residue might stiffen the detent a bit.
Did not work on my Billet Upper.

Installed on my Oden Works billet upper but the Timber Creek dust cover would not latch and stay closed. The cover was too thick which didn't allow the ball latch to catch on the detent. The dust cover itself was a nice product and I would have loved for it to be a part of my build.
