 Upgrade your Yugo M85 or M92 with the Texas Weapon Systems Gen 3 Dog Leg rail! Designed to replace your dustcover, the Dog Leg Rail System provides optimal weapon balance, generous rail space, and protects your optics from the temperature extremes of barrel mounts. Using an incredibly simple and solid design that does not interfere with normal field stripping, the rail is the perfect mount for your favorite red dot or magnified optic.

Note: The M85/M92 Dog Leg Rail does NOT incorporate a quick detach feature without permanent modification to the rail and host weapon.

An absolute MUST for AK pistols!

These are bad A**! if you're looking for a SECURE, RELEABLE optic mount for your AK pistol, this is IT!! Retains zero under ALL conditions and is solid as a rock! Very easy to remove dust cover to clean weapon without re-sighting.

I love this simple little upgrade to my draco, its solid as a rock.

it has a takedown pin like an AR, and has absolutely ZERO wiggle.

there was a sale going on at the time so I bought another one just in CASE i get another ak platform :p

TWS DOG LEG SCOPE RAIL GEN 3 - M85 / M92 - NO SIGHT

This rail may be on the expensive side, but it is a high quality part that allows my Zastava M92 pistol to mount a red dot or other sight and make it so much more useable than with the factory sights. It was fairly easy to install with well written instructions. The only part I struggled with was replacing the cover release button. It's on the recoil spring assembly and you need a vise and 3 hands to put it back together. I'm sure there is a simple trick to it but I didn't find it. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and if I ever buy the Zastava M85 I will get another one of these for it.

Great option to mount a red dot sight

First thing, this product requires you to use a dremel to remove the peened pivot hinge that holds the factory dust cover on. This step was not mentioned in the instructions, and I had to find YouTube instructions on how to do this.

Once you get the peened hinge bolt out, it is a very easy install. I have taken this out to the range once with a red dot mounted. The dot held zero as I was sighting it in, but I will have to see if it holds zero after repeated use.

As of now, I am very happy with this product.

Purchased wrong one!

It looks well made also would look great on my M70 or my M90, I just ordered the wrong one, sent it back to exchange for the right model, now I'm waiting for it to come
