Velocity Systems Low-Profile Assault Armor Carrier - CBN1D Cummerbund

The Low-Profile Assault Armor Carrier (LPAAC) is designed with the maximum degree of mobility in mind, giving the wearer both soft and hard armor coverage. The hard armor plates fit in pockets attached to the soft armor carrier outside, ensuring long-term wearability and allowing the soft armor to mold to the wearer's body. The cummerbund is adjustable so that climatic changes and gift adjustments can be made as needed. The cummerbund also includes pockets for 6" x6" hard armor side plates. Webbing is included for use with the removable ITW-Nexus SwiftClip Buckles at the vest's front, allowing for various mounted chest rigs. 

The Low-Profile Assault Armor features the standard MOLLE, Plate Pocket Cummerbund (CBN3). The Standard MOLLE, Plate Pocket Cummerbund (CBN3) accepts 6" x 6" hard armor plates and side soft armor inserts. Size small has five columns of PALS, size medium has six columns, and size large has seven columns. Color matching Velcro Fasteners are used for all hook and loop materials. Available in Black, Multicam, and Ranger Green to color-match the rest of your gear.

Hard Armor: Size Small holds Small ESAPI shape plates ONLY. Sizes Medium, Large, and X-Large fit 10"x12" Shooters/Swimmers Cut Plates or ESAPI Shape plates of corresponding sizes to the carrier.

Soft Armor: Soft armor inserts intended for this carrier are the Velocity Systems LPAC/LPAAC Cut Soft Armors. The custom cut of these Velocity Systems soft armors are designed specifically for this carrier. Other manufacturers' soft armor may not fit correctly.
