Excellent quality but may not be usable for some people.

These are excellent binoculars and should probably receive a five star review except that the minimum distance between the eyepieces is quite wide. I have a relatively large head and at least a “normal” distance between my eyes. The binoculars are almost completely folded together for me to use. My wife is unable to use them at all with both eyes. Some of this is undoubtedly because of the large lenses and may be unavoidable. Please check the distance between your pupils before you purchase these. That being said, if they “fit” your eyes, they are excellent and I would recommend them. A tripod or monopod is probably a good idea at this level of magnification.
