The highly durable interface plates on the One/Three Hole Hybrid Shroud have been made from a high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy aerospace material. The Shroud is also constructed from advanced glass-reinforced polymer to help maintain its high strength without becoming too heavy and bulky.

The One/Three Hole Hybrid Shroud features a rubber gripping pad to provide stability and vibration deadening for mounting between the helmet and shroud. This shroud virtually eliminated any wobble as it is a solid attachment for the Wilcox line of NVG mounts. There are rubber plugs to fill in the gaps of the shroud body housing to keep it from collecting dirt.
