The Geissele Automatics Super Duty 10.5-inch MK16 Kit pairs the mil-spec Super Duty upper receiver with the 10.5-inch MK16 free-float handguard. This length gives builders the core upper assembly for a compact SBR or pistol build, centered on the same battle-proven MK16 free-float handguard adopted by USASOC for the URG-I program.

Features:

• Full-length M1913 Picatinny top rail with M-LOK slots on all four quadrants
• Anti-rotation tabs and set-screws hold zero under sustained fire
• Super Duty upper forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, machined to mil-spec tolerances
• M4 feedramps, milled T-marks, dust cover, and forward assist
• Type 3 hardcoat anodize for corrosion and wear resistance
• Compatible with mil-spec BCGs and .250 takedown pin lowers — best paired with 10.5-inch barrels

The handguard's anti-rotation tabs and set-screws keep it locked to zero under hard use, and the Center Tab barrel nut design matches the system used on fielded USASOC URG-I uppers. A complete build still needs a barrel, BCG, charging handle, and muzzle device. Color shade variance between matched components is normal and expected. It's ideal for short-barreled rifle builds, duty pistol uppers, and compact patrol configurations where the handguard length allows suppressor use without compromising maneuverability, finished here in DDC.
