PRIMARY ARMS PRODUCT WARRANTY

Beginning with products purchased on or after January 1, 2021, all Primary Arms branded optics, mounts, and accessories are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. You do not have to be the first owner or even prove you bought it from us. Manufacturer defects, materials and workmanship problems, and even normal wear and tear are covered. Open box, blemished, or refurbished items with a lifetime warranty enjoy the same warranty protection as their new counterparts. Where repair or replacement for these products is not possible, credit will be given toward a new Primary Arms product.

For products from other manufacturers, warranty-related issues should be directed to the manufacturer of that product.

RETURN POLICY

Primary Arms accepts returns within 90 days of delivery on eligible items. Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging — including all manuals, instructions, and accessories.

    - Items must be unused and unaltered and in their original packaging, including all manuals, instructions, and accessories.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • - Outbound shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
    - If Primary Arms provides a return shipping label and you choose to use it, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund, unless we've told you otherwise (for example, when the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part).

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

Due to safety, legal, and regulatory requirements — and the nature of certain products — the following items cannot be returned:

  • Firearms that have been transferred to you by an FFL dealer (see the Firearms section below for details).
  • Ammunition. All ammunition sales are final.
  • Primers, most liquids, and other hazardous materials. These items are non-returnable due to safety and shipping regulations.
  • Discontinued items, including final clearance and close-outs. These products are final sale. For defective discontinued items, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.

Please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims or product issues that are not eligible for returns.

Firearms

We can accept returns for any firearm purchased from Primary Arms, provided it has not yet been transferred to you by Primary Arms or your receiving FFL dealer. Once the firearm has been transferred into your possession, we are no longer able to accept its return.

While the firearm is still in possession of the FFL dealer, please inspect it thoroughly for any visible defects. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before completing the transfer. We can arrange to have the firearm returned to us, and after delivery and careful inspection, we'll provide your choice of either a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Refused or non-transferable firearms. Firearms that are refused by the receiving FFL dealer, or that cannot be transferred due to a failed background check, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact our customer service team and we'll work with you to resolve it.

NFA Items

Similar to firearms, sales of NFA items are final once the item has been transferred to you from the FFL dealer.
