Pickup Center Services & Information

Visit our Pickup Cener to collect your Primary Arms order and explore our optics in person. We also provide a variety of convenient on-site services:

Available Services

  • Order Pickup: Get your online order fast - ready within 1 business day!
    Note: Items shipped from remote warehouses or FFL items (like firearms or other regulated items) may take longer due to required processing and shipping times.
  • Firearm Transfers: Pick up your FFL items transferred from another retailer or private party.
  • Returns: Easily drop off eligible items for return.
    Note: Final resolution (e.g., warranty replacement or refund) may not be immediate.
  • Silencer Shop Kiosk Access: Conveniently use our self-service kiosk to update your Silencer Shop account, including adding your fingerprints.
  • Primary Arms Online Kiosks: No order placed yet? No problem! Use our in-person kiosks to browse our website and place your order on the spot.

FIREARM TRANSFERS

  • Transfer fees are $45 per firearm and $95 per NFA item.
  • After you receive your item’s delivery notification, please wait for us to contact you once your firearm has been processed and is ready for transfer. FFL items may take up to 48 hours to process items once they have been received.

Spend $150 in additional products in-store during your transfer, and we’ll waive one transfer fee for every $150 spent.

FFL PURCHASES & BACKGROUND CHECKS

Due to nationwide volumes, background checks may take upwards of 30–60 minutes once submitted to NICS. We appreciate your patience, as processing times are beyond our control.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Valid Government-Issued ID
    • Accepted: Texas Driver’s License, Texas ID Card, Passport, or other state/federal ID.
    Must include your full legal name (first, middle, last) and current physical address.

  • Texas License to Carry (LTC), if applicable, please bring it along with your ID.
  • Order Confirmation, either printed or on your mobile device.
  • Second Form of ID, required if your primary ID has discrepancies (acceptable documents include vehicle registration, vehicle title, hunting license, or voter ID card).

Note: Expired documents are not valid.

BEST TIMES TO VISIT

  • Our busiest pickup times are:
    • Lunchtime (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
    • Evenings after 5:30 PM
    • Monday & Tuesday after large holidays
  • For the fastest service, we recommend visiting outside these peak hours.
